Todos temos um tirano interno: aquele “serzinho” que fala o quanto não somos bons o suficiente.
Por que somos tão duros connosco? Por que nos julgamos tanto?
Porque temos pouco amor próprio.
Vamos amar-nos, dar muito amor e perdoar os nossos defeitos e dos outros!
Vamos dar o nosso melhor, se for para fazer, falar que seja para melhorar e ajudar!

Do Good December – Day 9: Notice when you’re hard on yourself or others and be kind instead
We all have an internal tyrant: that “little guy” who speaks of how bad we are enough.
Why are we so hard on us? Why do we judge ourselves so much?
Because we have little self-love.
Let us love each other, give much love and forgive our faults and those of others!
We will do our best, if it is to do, say it is to improve and help!
