(Começa a Ligar o filtro!  🙂)

Sê feliz e vive a tua vida dando o teu melhor!

Optimistic October – Day 11: Avoid blaming yourself or others. Find a helpful way forward

“Guilt is a feeling and responsibility is an action!”

“To blame yourself is to want to punish yourself, to take responsibility is to want to change!”

It’s difficult for people to assume their behaviors, we tend to blame others as a form of defense…?!

It is important to learn to be responsible and not to be a victim!

Responsibility is one of the great learnings in Adolescence and Parents should teach their children that the world expects men to be responsible for their actions!

Everyone, especially Parents, must be more Guides and less Judges!

“Everything we don’t face in life ends up becoming our destiny.” – Carl Jung

I would like to pass this thought on to my son who turns 16 today, wishing him a Happy 🙂 Birthday 🎂 and that he blames himself and others less!

Be responsible for his actions, I know that sometimes we are not responsible for our feelings / emotions but we can be responsible for what we do and say! (Starts turning on the filter!  🙂)

Be happy and live your life, giving your best!
