Ocupado vs Pausas

… à necessidade de ter uma pausa:

• Avaliar se estamos no caminho certo;
• Dar as respostas mais coerentes com aquilo que queremos e pensamos;
• Dar tempo ao corpo para se recuperar;
• Oferecer um descanso à nossa mente; e etc.

Nem sempre a nossa ocupação nos traz retorno, podemos estar ocupados e não gera nada… só insatisfação…

Busy vs Breaks

… to the need to take a break:

Assess whether we are on the right path;
Give the answers that are most coherent with what we want and think;
Give the body time to recover;
Offer our mind a rest; and etc.
Our occupation does not always bring us a return, we can be busy and generate nothing… just dissatisfaction…
