Active April – Day 15: Get active by singing today (even if you think you can’t sing!)
“Who sings their evils amaze!”, my mother used to say 😉
Singing is a simple and effective activity.
Normally, when you finish singing, there is a feeling of well-being, of greater relaxation, which in part has to do with this breathing work, in which the body, in a natural way, meets its own functionality, causing less tense breaths. and more relaxed.
There is still another aspect that I think needs to be highlighted: singing in a group.

Given all the benefits of singing, don’t hesitate to start singing alone or in a group.
Here at home, we usually sing at Family Karaoke! We have to repeat it more often!
