1º  Estou viva!

2º Tenho um dia pela frente, que eu possa realizar e fazer algo de útil no dia presente!

3º Sol ☀️, sentir o Sol na minha pele. Recarregar as minhas energias…

4º A Beleza da Natureza… este ano a Primavera brotou tudo e flores 💐 mais incríveis…

5º Grata pelo Ar, pelo o teto, pela comida e pela minha Tribo 💓 à minha volta!

Today is the day to explore and observe Spring Rebirth time!

The Outer World is a reflection of our inner world!

I went out, stopped and looked around me.

What did I notice?

1st  I’m alive!

2nd I have a day ahead of me, that I can accomplish and do something useful in the present day!

3rd Sun ☀️, feel the sun on my skin. Recharge my energies…

4th The Beauty of Nature… this year Spring sprouted everything and flowers 💐 the most amazing…

5th Grateful for the Air, the roof, the food and my Tribe 💓 around me!
