O Mundo Exterior é o reflexo do nosso mundo interior!

1º  A minha respiração, Estou viva!

Active April – Day 16: Go exploring around your local area and notice new things

Today is the day to explore and observe the Spring Rebirth!

The Outer World is the reflection of our inner world!

Since I can’t leave the house, I went to the window and looked around.

What did I observe, feel?

1st  My breath, I’m alive!

2nd Today, the present day, I have a day ahead of me, where I can accomplish and do something useful on this present day!

3rd I saw the Sun ☀️, I felt the Sun on my skin. As if I were recharging my energy…

4th I saw the Beauty of Nature… this year Spring has blossomed and I observe the beautiful flowers 💐 they are more incredible every year…

5th I feel grateful for the air, the roof, the food and my Tribe 💓 around me!

6th I heard the birds singing 🎵, I wake up to them, they are music to my ears, thank you!

I wish you all a Happy Day and enjoy it in the best possible way!
