— Ontem! — respondeu.
— Mas ontem não começa com a letra D — diz a professora.
— Ai, começa sim, senhora professora. Então, ontem foi Domingo.

Artur: Não, professora. O cão é que é o mesmo.

Responde o Watson, num discurso muito filosofal:

E diz o Sherlock Holmes:
