Sorrir, a vida é mais fácil de viver!

E como a minha filha do meio me relembrou hoje ao pequeno almoço:

O que te faz sorrir?

Neste momento estar viva e Acordar faz-me sorrir 😀.

– Estar em familia, com a minha tribo, observar como eles estão bem e felizes!

– Brincar com os meus filhos, as gargalhadas 🤣 deles, as conquistas deles!

– Estar de bem comigo, ler um livro 📖, fazer exercício, ver um filme 🎥, 

– Praia 🏖, Sol ☀️

 – Pessoas com luz 💡

– Quando cumprimento as pessoas e olho nos Olhos!

E desse lado, Quem merece o vosso sorriso 😀?

Smile, life is easier to live!

And as my middle daughter reminded me at breakfast today:

Life is short. Smile while you have teeth.

Lets smile 🙂

You can smile!

What makes you smile?

Right now being alive and waking up makes me smile 😀.

– Being with family, with my tribe, seeing how well and happy they are!

– Playing with my children, their laughter 🤣, their achievements!

– Feeling good about myself, reading a book 📖, exercising, watching a movie 🎥,

– Beach 🏖, Sun ☀️

– People with light 💡

– When I greet people and look in their eyes!

And on that side, who deserves your smile 😀?

The smile enriches the recipients without impoverishing donors.
