Como podemos ajudar a alegrar os dias destas pessoas que tanto fizeram por nós?

Na minha opinião existe duas gerações as crianças e os idosos, que devem ser cuidados com muito Amor 💕 e carinho 🥰!

How can we help brighten the days of these people who have done so much for us?

In my opinion, there are two generations of children and the elderly, who must be taken care of with a lot of love and affection!
