Sim devemos dar incentivo aos outros mas primeiro devemos ser o nosso próprio incentivo!

– Para cada problema devemos focar-nos na solução!

– Não reclamar e criticar!

– Acreditar em sim, todos somos capazes é preciso ter fé em si!

Hoje temos mais uma oportunidade de darmos o passo para os nossos sonhos, não desistas… vive o Presente!

Uma Dica:

Evite a armadilha da reclamação

… ao invés de se focar no problema, quando ele surge, foque-se diretamente na solução… 

… Se continuar a focar-se no que está errado e ficar reclamando, acaba perdendo grande parte do seu tempo e energia, que é bem precioso e não aproveita a oportunidade de viver mais levemente!

Não vamos fazer parte do Problema mas sim da Solução!

Yes, we must encourage others, but first we must encourage ourselves!

– For every problem we must focus on the solution!

– Do not complain and criticize!

– Believing in yes, we are all capable, you have to have faith in yourself!

Today we have one more opportunity to take the step towards our dreams, don’t give up… live the Present!

A hint:

Avoid the complaining trap

… instead of focusing on the problem, when it arises, focus directly on the solution…

… If you continue to focus on what’s wrong and keep complaining, you end up wasting much of your precious time and energy and not taking advantage of the opportunity to live more lightly!

Let’s not be part of the Problem but the Solution!
