Evite julgar (os outros e a si mesmo)!

O nosso cérebro está sempre a dar a sua opinião é a natureza humana!

Hoje, podemos fazer este exercício, vamos ouvir profundamente com o coração aquilo que grita do coração do outro.

Respirar fundo, suspender a nossa vontade de interromper o que a outra pessoa está a falar, concentrar-se no que o outro está dizer.

Olhar nos olhos. Precisamos olhar para o outro sem julgar, com proximidade e carinho.

Hoje vamos utilizar o coração em vez o nosso cérebro, ao falar com o outro, o que estamos a sentir!

Friendly February – Day 21: Really listen to what people say, without judging them

Avoid judging (others and yourself)!

Our brain is always giving its opinion it’s human nature!

Today, we can do this exercise, let’s listen deeply with our hearts to what cries out from the heart of the other.

Take a deep breath, suspend our desire to interrupt what the other person is saying, concentrate on what the other person is saying.

Look in the eyes. We need to look at each other without judging, with closeness and affection.

Today we are going to use our heart instead of our brain, when talking to each other, what we are feeling!

Respect the Differences,

Be grateful,
