A chamada “técnica do sanduíche”.

Friendly February – Day 23: Be gentle with someone who you feel inclined to criticise
Criticizing is necessary when it comes to being better, but there are ways and means of expressing that criticism, we can even do it gently…
Some criticism can be constructive and help us to grow.
Praise numbs, criticism teaches.
Regardless of the criticism and who makes it, the difference is in who receives it, in the importance and interpretation we give, both to the words and gestures we receive and to the person who transmits them.
Wait a little bit. Try to control the urge to criticize right away. Unless it’s really necessary, consider simply not offering an opinion at all.
For every criticism, offer two compliments. The so-called “sandwich technique”.
Today is a good tip because I already started the day criticizing and not praising, once again…
we all have our perspective and we think we can help but sometimes it’s better to wait, keep silent and smile!
