A chamada “técnica sanduíche”.

Friendly February – Day 23: Be gentle with someone who you feel inclined to criticise
Criticizing is necessary when it is to help us be better
but there are ways and means of expressing criticism, we can even do it gently…
Don’t forget the importance of considering the feelings and well-being of others when expressing criticism, ensuring that it is constructive and contributes to personal growth and development, rather than diminishing or discouraging…
Some criticism can be constructive and help us grow!
Praise puts you to sleep, criticism teaches you.
Regardless of the criticism and who makes it, the difference lies in who receives it, in the importance and interpretation we give, both to the words and gestures we receive and to the person who transmits them.
Wait a little bit. Try to control the urge to criticize right away. Unless it’s really necessary, consider not expressing any opinion at all.
Think about whether you have two compliments to offer for every criticism? The so-called “sandwich technique”.
Today is a good tip because during today, when criticizing, remember to praise, don’t forget!
We all have our perspective and think we can help but sometimes it’s better to wait, keep quiet and smile!
“Before criticizing others, check if everything is ok with you!”
“It’s easy to criticize when we don’t walk on the same stones.”
When your “sincerity” is capable of lowering your self-esteem, shut up.
When your “opinion” is capable of demotivating someone, shut up.
When your “constructive criticism” is capable of putting someone down, shut up.
“Truths” without empathy are just emotional conveniences
to satisfy your egocentrism.”
