o exercício físico desde a infância traz benefícios cardiorespiratórios e metabólicos.

Happier January – Day 9: Get moving. Do something active (ideally outdoors)
Get moving, good advice 😜 for someone who needs to exercise and have a more balanced diet.
Let’s arrange a family activity and in accordance with the World Health Organization:
physical exercise since childhood brings cardiorespiratory and metabolic benefits.
Between the ages of 5 and 17, it should be mostly aerobic and make up one hour a day in a child’s routine.
Suggestion: a family walk ♀️ 🚶 outdoors…
And on that side, what are they going to do to move?
“While you can move, train your body!
If you can’t move, train your mind!”
With this cold… yes, it’s better to move.
I leave here two suggestions from two books that advise you to move… but also be careful with food and sleep.
If you sleep better, you will eat better.
If you eat better, you’ll move more.
And by moving more, you’ll sleep better and ultimately think and feel better.
Book THE CASCADE EFFECT … You will learn that sleep controls the hormones that regulate hunger and appetite; that an hour of exercise can turn a Good grade into an Excellent grade; that muscle meditation helps reduce stress and decreases symptoms of depression and anxiety; that watermelon alleviates muscle pain after training and hydrates.
Book: In Eat Move Sleep, Tom Rath presents us with a work that will improve your health for years to come.
