Jump Back Up July – Day 25: Notice when you are feeling judgmental and be kind instead
“Only those who intend to help have the right to criticize” – Abraham Lincoln
Our inner critic is demanding with us and with others, always comparing and wanting to be perfect, but perfection doesn’t exist, because each one of us is doing our best!
Today we are going to be kind to ourselves and others, we can criticize more gently!
Complaining or criticizing the other, the family environment can become very tense, suffocating…
Remember: It takes grace to remain kind in cruel situations.
Try to be kind and polite always!
