Vamos esquecermos das nossas preocupações e tirarmos um tempo para estar com quem amamos, o importante é o convivio!

3. Incentivem seus filhos a brincar consigo

4. Façam coisas parvas

Brincar não é só para crianças! Façam algo para todos rirem…

Joyful June – Day 26: Make time to do something playful, just for the fun of it

Today is my youngest daughter’s day, 13 years of her Being, it’s a day to celebrate! I wish you a Happy Birthday with lots of fun!

Let’s forget about our worries and take time to be with the ones we love, the important thing is to live together!

How to find ways to have fun in life:

1. Create a fixed routine – Set aside three hours a week or Saturday afternoon.

Why not schedule a regular date with a friend, family member or loved one to do something fun and/or new together?

2. Discover something new

3. Encourage your children to play with you

4. Do silly things

Playing isn’t just for kids! Do something for everyone to laugh at…
