Enquanto não calarmos nosso diálogo interno e prestarmos atenção ao nosso interlocutor, não Aprenderemos a ouvir.

Quando alguém fala, já estamos a pensar qual a resposta a dar ou a fala seguinte, hoje vamos calar o nosso falador interno e ouvir realmente o outros.

Uma dica: Repetir mentalmente o que o outro está a disser.

Hoje, vamos ouvir mais do que falar!

Mindful March – Day 12: Listen deeply to someone and really hear what they are saying

“Listening is an act of silence”.

As long as we do not silence our internal dialogue and pay attention to our interlocutor, we will not learn to listen.

When someone speaks, we are already thinking about the answer to give or the next speech, today we are going to silence our internal talker and really listen to others.

A tip: Mentally repeat what the other is saying.

Today, let’s listen more than talk!
